No risk, no reward

Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.

One of the biggest risks I’ve taken, and one I wholeheartedly do not regret, was intentionally applying everything I knew about attachment and vulnerability to the relationship I now share with my fiancé. After years of learning and guiding others, I decided to be my own most dedicated client. I consciously chose to be open, to be vulnerable and to actively build a secure connection from the very beginning. Thankfully, I found a partner who shared this intentional mindset, who understood that lasting love isn’t just luck, it’s work. Looking back, if I had allowed old walls to remain or hadn’t committed to the inner work beforehand, I honestly don’t know if we’d be where we are today- excitedly planning our January wedding! This personal journey, this deep gratitude for the resilient relationship we have built together, is the very heart of why I started Relationship Resilience Coaching. I want to empower others to experience this same intentional and fulfilling love.
