From your top 10, choose your top 5 most essential relationship values. These are your non-negotiables—the core ingredients that help you feel loved, seen, and safe in a relationship.

Answer the following prompts:

  • How do these values show up in your current or past relationships?
  • Are you living by these values in your relationships? If not, what’s missing?

Step 4: Talk About It (Optional for Couples)

  • Where do you align?
  • Are there any differences that could be potential growth areas?
  • How can you support each other in living these values?
